This and That: Part One

I have been taking miscellaneous flower and woods photographs over the last few weeks, because here in the north, we have a lot in bloom at once and then autumn hits and until the leaves get in full color, we have a lapse of good nature or flower pictures to be had.

So, for the next few posts, I will be posting all of my photos of the flowers or interesting wildflowers I have seen in bloom over the last few weeks for you.

First, here is a photo of the walkway up to my front door. I posted this same shot in the spring when my 200+ tulips were in bloom in the same spot. Now, it is full of my lilies:

I love this splash of yellow lilies that are there too:

We saw an old farm a few weeks past where there was some land for sale. Way in the back of the property was an old-fashioned rose bush buzzing with bees:

Along the woods roads there are many of these tiny purple flowers in bloom. They look like minature tiny asters. Does anyone know their name?:

I love all colors of lilies. Can you tell?:

These little yellow flowers are all over the sides of the roads up here too.
Does anyone know the name of these wildflowers?:

In our back yard, these tiny, tiny flowers grow on vines right amongst the grass. They look like wild Morning Glories. Am I right? Does anyone out there know what they are called?:

You know how I love my tree mushrooms! Well, this one is growing on the side of a tree in our yard:

A not-so-ordinary regular field lily, up close and personal:

Hope you enjoyed this collection today!
I will be posting Part 2 and Part 3 over the next few posts!
